Lunch feels..hard? But, it's also low-key my favorite meal of the day. It forces you to pause, slow down your busy day, and take a few minutes to fuel up for the second half.
You know what's not my favorite? When a meal in the middle of the day slows you down. When it feels heavy, makes you tired, and propels you into your second, third, fourth cup of caffeine. These lunches are *not* that.
They're light but filling, fresh, and give you that fun take-out feel while also tasting homemade (what I aspire every TCS! meal to taste like for you!).
And, just a snobby reminder, everything is organic, washed, hand-cut, and assembled with so much love. All the chicken is from my favorite regenerative farm on Long Island, Acabonac Farms, the dressings and mayo are all homemade with Sulu Organics cold-pressed olive oil, and every ingredient is clean, locally sourced when possible, and will leave you feeling good until dinner rolls around.
PS — all of the packaging is from World Centric — compostable and made from plants. Because they aren't petroleum plastic, they are NOT recyclable. If your building has a commercial compost option available, toss the containers in there. If not, dispose in the regular trash.
